The purpose of this study was to The mediating effect of service quality on the relationship between market orientation and business performance of private sports venues. The present study is applied in terms of descriptive-correlational nature. The statistical population of the study was all managers, coaches and graduates of sports active in sports clubs in the western provinces of the country. The statistical sample (N= 384) was selected as a multi-stage. In order to collect data, the market orientation questionnaire (Narvar and Slater, 1990), service quality (Kamali, 1396) and the researcher-made business performance questionnaire were used and the face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts (13 people). Its reliability was also calculated using Cronbach's alpha test (0.95) and combined reliability. Structural equation modeling in PLS3-SPSS24 software has been used to analyze the data and check the model fit. The results showed that market orientation and service quality have a significant effect on the commercial performance of sports venues. Market orientation also has a significant effect on service quality. Finally, the effect of market orientation on business performance was mediated by the quality of service quality. Also, the effect of customer orientation, competitiveness and cross-sectoral coordination dimensions on business performance was significant. According to the results, it can be said that the managers of sports venues must use different market-oriented strategies to achieve successful commercialization of their sports complexes.

The purpose of present research was to study the effect of organizational climate on organizational enthusiasm and silence with the role of glass cluster mediation among female employees. The research method is descriptive-survey. The sample consisted of 110 female employees. Organizational climate was assessed by Organizational Climate Questionnaire (SUSMAN), Organizational Silence with Harlow's Questionnaire (2001) and Saloon's Eagerness (2001). The Rock Climat Questionnaire, which was developed by Babaei Zakliki (2006), was used. The findings showed the effect of organizational climate on increasing organizational eagerness and reducing organization silence and glass rocks. The causal coefficients of the paths between the three main structures of the study indicate the indirect effect of organizational climate (through the glass cliffs mediator) on increasing the enthusiasm and reducing organizational silence. According to the results of the research, glass cliffs can negatively affect occupation. In other words, the more women of the society in their working environment feel the glass cliffs, their desire to work decreases.

The aim of present research is to present a pattern for the effect of organizational pessimism and political behavior on organizational health of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. 120 employees of the Sports and Youth department were selected using simple random method. Organizational health (Hoy and Feldman, 1996), organizational pessimism (Dean et al, 1998), and political behaviors (Dubrin, 1987) questionnaires were used. Validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by experts and the reliability were studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated 0.88, 0.82 and 0.87 respectively. Analysis of the data done using Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling by SPSS 22 and AMOS software. The dimensions of organizational pessimism and the overall level of organizational pessimism had a negative relation with organizational health dimensions as well as general level of organizational health. There is a negative and significant relationship between the dimensions of political behaviors and the overall level of political behavior and overall level of organizational health. The conceptual model of organizational pessimism, political behaviors, and organizational health is a suitable model, because based on the findings of this study, organizational pessimism and political behaviors have a direct and negative effect on employees' organizational health of staff of Sports and Youth department. It is recommended to all managers of Sport and Youth department to help improvement of organizational health by controlling and managing political behaviors and reducing the pessimism of employees in the organization.

The purpose of this research was to investigate role of leadership styles of manager's of private sport clubs in west provinces of Iran on their employee's entrepreneurship. Research methods was descriptive and correlation which have done by survey. Final samples consisted of 480 employees of the clubs. Data gathering tools were two researcher made questionnaires in entrepreneurship (Cronbach's Alpha= 0.82) and leadership styles (Cronbach's Alpha= 0.74) which their validity was approved by physical education faculty members. SPSS 18 statistical package was used for descriptive analysis, and LISREL software leveraged for Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results of inferential statistics and SEM showed that path coefficient of leadership style on entrepreneurship (0.43) was significant (t value= 5.89). Coefficient of participatory leadership style was (0.82) more than consolatory style (0.45) and both styles were significant (t>1.96). For entrepreneurship variable, "ingenious and devise", "need for success" and "employee's team work" had greatest factor loadings. So, it can be said that managers with participatory and consolatory leadership styles can have entrepreneur employees.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between communication skills and work ethic of physical education managers in Education and Training Departments in western provinces of the country with satisfaction of physical education teachers from teachers' points of view . The research method was descriptive-analytical which has been conducted through using survey method. The research sample included 380 teachers (population 4321) of physical education who were teaching in first and second degrees of high schools. Data collection tools included Barton J standard questionnaire of communication skills, Minnesota job satisfaction and work ethics questionnaire.To analyze the research data, there was SPSS 18 software to perform descriptive statistics, while LISREL software was used to perform confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) as well. The results showed that values of impact coefficient of communication skills on work ethic and job satisfaction are 0.30 and 0.10 respectively. Value of impact coefficient of work ethic on job satisfaction was 0.50. Among components related to communication skills, feedback skill had the highest impact coefficient (0.99) and listening skills and verbal skills were in next places with impact coefficient of 0.59 and 0.55 respectively. Among items related to work ethic, the item of “emphasizing of Education and Training Organization on its interests” had the highest impact coefficient (0.71); meanwhile, among items of job satisfaction the item of “pride of doing a good job” had the highest impact coefficient (0.69).

This paper aims to study the relationship between communication skills and effectiveness of Physical Education Faculty members of payame Noor university . This study was descriptive – correlational performed through survey method . Sample statistical was equal with statistical population (80 faculty Members). Data collection tool was communicational skills questionnaire (Barton J., 1990) and organizational effectiveness questionnaire (Hamidi, 1382). Formal and Logical validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by university professors and professional managers. Reliability of questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach α coefficient (0/84, 0/82) respectively. To study the hypothesis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, one-sample t test, independent- t , and Friedman were used. The results show that the correlation between communication skills and components of effectiveness in the significance level (p< 0.05), are significant (p= 0.048 & r=0.241). This paper aims to study the effects of application information and Communication technology on organizational attitudes (organizational commitment and job satisfaction) among Physical education faculty Members and affiliate professors at Payame noor University. This is a descriptive analyctical study wich carried out though survey methodology.The statistical sample and statistical population of Physical Education Faculty members were identical (80 Members) and 250 affiliate professors were selected by cluster random sampling as samples (with population 700 people). Data collection tool was Questionnaires information and Communication technology (ghasemi, farahani and Mashatan, 2012) job satisfaction (Susan J, 2003) and organizational commitment (lina et al,2007). Validity was obtained(Formal and Logical) and reliability obtained by Cronbach’s α each of the questionnaires (0/73, 0/84, 0/88) was calculated respectively. Inferential statistics (Kolmogorov - Smirnov is used to determine how to distribute data, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis) in order to to investigate the research hypothesis. The results show that the correlation among information and communication technology and organizational attitud are positive and significant (p< 0.001, r=0.488). This means that the increased application information technology Contribute to increase the level of organizational attitudes and attitude in all its dimensions will be added. Generaly, ITC application can also reduce the different costs including search and investigation and remediation procedures and standards, along with influential role in the proper use of resources organization. Finaly, it leads to increase organizational attitudes at the University.
